Values
-
As adapted by my yoga teacher training. Stay soft, open and with integrity to your true character, balanced with a strong, warrior like cause
-
We are holistic being and should not feel the need to compartmentalize aspects of ourselves to fit in. Learn to show up authentically and in alignment to your highest self
-
Less noise, more silence. Answers reveal themselves in the stillness. Tune into the subtle energies to uncover your own truth
-
We are meant to change and evolve. Learn to lean into periods of change with surrender and ease, as opposed to force, frustration and hustle
-
Life is all about managing dualities: feminine and masculine, yin and yang, Shiva and Shakti. It might also look like balancing East-West perspectives, rich and poor, and reconciling the “haves” with “have-nots”
