Episode 48. Working When You’re Sick

I got the inspiration to record this episode of Find Your Path because of a couple of coaching clients that have been getting sick – either with COVID or other illnesses. 

It became clear to me. The thoughts that were present, the actions that followed, the pressure we put on ourselves to push through and continue to work, especially if you are like a type-A high-achieving person.


So, in this episode, I'm talking about working while you're sick and how we can reframe how we see working when we're not feeling the best
